TSL Summer 2009
TSL Summer 2009 will be better than ever with a re-vamped format to better serve our local lacrosse community and ever changing national lacrosse climate. Summer 2008 TSL will offer the following teams:
TEAMS
TSL Elite – The 25 Best players regardless of graduation year made up of player of the Black, Red, White squads.
TSL Black – The 25 Best RISING SENIOR lacrosse players in the Triangle
TSL Red – The 25 Best RISING JUNIOR lacrosse players in the Triangle
TSL White – The 25 Best RISING SOPHOMORE lacrosse players in the Triangle
THE TOURNAMENTS
TSL Black, Red and White – Black, Red, White and U15’s will compete at the “Tristate National Lacrosse Festival” held in Mercer County, NJ July 10-12, 2009. The National is the best club lacrosse venue in the country and is heavily recruited by the nation’s best college lacrosse programs. All of our squads will be competing in the prestigious elite AA divisions for their graduation year bracket. All brackets compete for a tournament championship.

ONS Play Day TSL Black, Red, White and U15– We will have our annual play day with the OLD North State Lacrosse Club located in Greensboro, NC shortly after we pick our squads. This years ONS Play Day will be held Thursday July 9, 2009 at the Durham Academy MS.
TSL Elite Team – TSL Elite will compete at the prestigious “Brine Shootout” held on the campus of UMBC in Baltimore, MD. This is the generally regarded as the best on campus recruiting team camp venue in the nation from July 12-15, 2009. All Elite players still need to register for this camp individually at www.the-shootout.com. Fee is paid directly to the tournament.
PRACTICE
Practice has always been the hallmark of the TSL/Cannons program! We have taken great pride over the years in advancing the skills of the all players that participate. We will offer 10 practice sessions again this summer, but to better accommodate the hectic schedules of our TSL/Cannons families we will be conducting TSL “BOOT CAMP” this summer, which will consist of double practice sessions starting Monday July 6th, through our departure for NJ, from 9:00AM-1:00PM each day. The individual team schedule is as follows:
