PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Boys 7th -8th Grade
First & Second Practice: Saturday March 3rd & 10th from 8:30-10:00am at BJP
Regular Scheduled Practices: Mondays & Wednesday 5:00-6:30pm at BJP
Boys 5th -6th Grade
First & Second Practice: Saturday March 3rd & 10th from 10:30am-12:00pm at BJP
Regular Scheduled Practices: Tuesdays & Thursdays 5:00-6:30pm at Heritage HS
Boys 3rd -4th Grade
First & Second Practice: Monday March 5th & March 12th from 4:30-6:00pm at BJP
Knights: Regular Scheduled Practices: Wednesdays 5:00-6:30pm at Heritage HS
Lancers: Regular Scheduled Practices: Thursdays 5:00-6:30pm at BJP

Key Dates
Rival Spring Lacrosse Information
- Rival House League play = Exciting Rivalries, Consistent Rules of Play and High Level of Sportsmanship
- 45 hours of lacrosse instruction and team play
- Minimum of 10 lacrosse games against youth teams from Raleigh, Cary, Chapel Hill, Durham, North Chatham, Hillsborough and Wake Forest
- Central North Carolinas Most Experienced Coaches
- Full-time Site Director's at each location
- Participation in the DANNY FOX MEMORIAL YOUTH TOURNAMENT – North Carolina's Largest and oldest youth tournament.
- The Rival Rec program feeds the Cannons and TSL Select programs.
- Equipment Rental Program available for NEW players
Site Director–Matt DiRocco and Jamie Riedel
Jamie Riedel is originally from Clifton Park New York and has been living in Raleigh North Carolina since 1998. He played Varsity lacrosse at Shenendehowa High school for four years. After High School Coach Riedel played lacrosse at SUNY Canton and SUNY Potsdam University. Coach Riedel is the current Varsity head coach at Heritage high school where they will be entering their first year as a varsity sport. Coach Riedel previously coached at Wakefield high school where his record for three years was 41-12, he had a state final four appearance, conference championship and coach of the year award. A recent lymphoma cancer survivor, coach Riedel lives in Youngsville with his wife Jodi and their 20 month old son William.
