How do I get on a TSL team?
TSL is the states oldest and most competitive HS travel program. Players can earn a spot a couple of different ways, you can be picked in our spring open tryout process or be invited back as returning team member with program eligability left.
Is TSL a recruiting service?
No..But TSL which inlcudes some of the areas top coaches with extensive collegiate coaching experience, will place our players in some of the nations most competitive tournament venues that are heavily attended by the nations college coaching community. We will work with your High School Coach to try and help those players that have a desire to continue playing in college have a realisitc perspective on future options that involve college at the next level.
Do TSL team practice?
Yes…TSL has always prided ourselves on providing advanced instruction for some of the areas best players. We try and foster a college level practice environment that will help advance the skills of all participants through individual attention to skill development along with group and team concepts.
Does my child need equipment to play?
Yes…If you have a son they will need a Helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, stick and gloves. If you have daughter see will need eyeguards, and stick.
Do I have to attend practices?
Yes…The expectation is that all players participating in TSL make every attempt to attend all scheduled practices. This will allow all players to improve their skills and give our teams the best chance to develop team chemistry and compete against some of the nations best travel squads.
What does my TSL registration fee cover?
Your TSL registration covers the following items:
- All travel cost to and from out of state tournaments to include – Charter Bus, Hotel Accomodations, and breakfast each day we are on the road. (Please remember it will cost a family at least $400.00 to travel on their own to a three day two night out of state event)
- Your TSL uniform
- Use of a costum TSL Brine Triumph Helmet for TSL practice and competition
- Expert Coaching
- Tournament fees for all non resident tournaments
- Liability Insuarance
- Parcitice facility fee
- All required practice equipment
How can I pay?
All TSL registrastions fees that are paid to Fusion Lacrosse are paid on-line via Thriva, our on-line regiatration provider. You either pay on-line or pay a deposit and the remainder in three (3) monthly installments.
